With a $100 million renovation and major upgrades set to take place, there was a clear need to change the conversation anywhere we could with the already-jaded public perception at the Gateway — a past-its-prime shopping center in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. So, why not turn the bug into a feature? We utilized real, negative reviews from Facebook and Yelp to create these barricade graphics and signs to let people know that, yes, we get things haven't been great in the past. But we're finally listening, and real changes are on the way... and these fixes are just the start of something big.
